The Hearthstone is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community with 45 beds in Seattle, Washington. This facility provides services to Independent, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care patients. The Hearthstone is directly across from Green Lake, with many small restaurants and coffee shops nearby. They have a well-equipped gym, with their outpatient space separate from the health care center. Therapist led wellness programs are done in order to enhance the physical and mental health of the Hearthstone community.

The team provides care to all of the community including personal fitness training.
