The rehabilitation team provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy, and therapy sessions are offered 7 days a week. Santa Cruz Post Acute’s gym has state of the art equipment, and the team works to empower their patients through individualized programs to reach increased independence. No matter the health needs, this rehabilitation team is ready to help our patients make a successful recovery.
The SCPA team is a perfect blend of new grads and experienced therapists . They have a tradition of celebrating everyone’s birthdays with their favorite cake and a card. They are an active group and like to celebrate diversity and patient successes.
The facility is almost done with the renovation process of making a state-of-the-art gym in the county. Inside this modern and spacious gyms are brand new rehab equipment with floor to ceiling mirrors, large open space for documentation, ergonomic chairs and desk space.
