Eliseo is a 155 bed retirement community located on 28-acres in Tacoma, Washington. This facility reflects the character of the Pacific Northwest with its lush green grass and Evergreen trees. Eliseo is near many parks, shopping, and restaurants. For therapy, Eliseo offers a technology room, an innovation room, an outdoor therapy courtyard, and a home life environment. This facility offers both post-acute inpatient and outpatient therapy.

Currently, they have a new gym being built that will feature an occupational therapy kitchen, bathroom and new resident treatment area.
