The rehabilitation team provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy and the team of highly trained therapists work to address every aspect of each patients’ rehabilitation needs. No matter the health needs, the rehabilitation team is ready to help each patient make a successful recovery.
The team likes to brainstorm together to get the best patient outcomes and always help each other when needed. They love to celebrate birthdays and other life events. They all work closely as a team, constantly updating other team members about patient status and ways to treat challenging patients. During these challenging times with COVID, the team has been very flexible, accommodating and supportive of each other, offering flexible work schedules, swapping patients and co-treating when appropriate and needed.
Central Gardens is located in the heart of the San Francisco city next to Japantown. The facility was recently renovated with a rehab gym located in the center of the facility. As the name suggests , ‘Central Gardens’, has two outdoor/garden areas on either side of the gym. The gym is well equipped with the necessary modalities and equipments. There is also a small office in the gym to store patient documents, personal belongings and laptops.
