Cascade Manor is Eugene’s only local accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the community. Cascade Manor prides itself on offering a resident-centered senior lifestyle. All of our programs and services are geared toward helping our patients and residents enjoy their lives even if their health needs should change over time. Cascade Manor has a 28 bed health center and is about to obtain Medicare certification. The facility offers a wellness center which includes a full gym and pool. The Rehab Department is equipped with various modalities, streamlined therapy procedures & systems, as well as state of the art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, time keeping, resident notes & billing entry, ensure a consistency for ease of care and documentation. The therapy department offers acute in-patient therapy and focuses on stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, prosthetic/orthotic training, and other various programs.
